Edificios Builders, Ltd. was founded by Lloyd Martinez in 2007 when his former partner retired from their Contracting firm of Sage Builders, Ltd. 

Sage Builders, established in 1995 by Lloyd Martinez and Orville Johnson, built over 300 homes, offices, office/warehouse complexes and manufacturing sites in Santa Fe and the surrounding area.  Sage Builders has won several awards for exceptional projects, which you may read about below and on the “Completed Projects” page. 

Edificios Builders and Sage Builders are accomplished in all scopes of building, from comfortable homes for first-time buyers in Santa Fe’s Affordable Housing Program to luxurious custom homes and smaller-scale office buildings.
